I had a great time at Ocean Maya Royale, surprisingly impressed with the quality for the price. The room was comfortable and clean, though the check-in process had a bit of confusion. Dining options were good, especially the privilege lounge, but there were a few hiccups with restaurant reservations. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I'm looking forward to returning.

The food, particularly at the restaurants like the one where Emilio and Conrado served us, was great, and the staff was friendly.
